If you having overnight guest, or just need a quick breakfast in the morning, this is a good way to prepare ahead and have a good, tasty breakfast quickly.
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 pound sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
4 slices bread
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Grease casserole dish. Cook and drain sausage. Beat eggs with salt, mustard and milk. Cube bread and put in the casserole dish. Put sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Refrigerate over night. When ready to eat breakfast, bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
