We had a total of eight (8) visiting Brothers at this stated meeting

Mashall Lodge along with ALL of the Lodges of the 25th District have received the Levee award, given to any Lodge who run a Blood Drive and meet the goal of the amount expected of the Lodge.  As Right Worshipful Ed Fielding states "This is the way we really show the community that we care"

Thanks were given for the participation in the Russell Martin School.  The 25th District performed part of the 3rd degree mwith only 9 errors.

We voted on donations and agreed to give the following:

• Virginia Association of Demoly - $80
• Annual booklet for Rainbow Girls - $70
• Boys State Support for one boy - $250
• The hat will be placed on the alter after the meeting for donations for the Morlock award requiring a $5 donation from 15% of the brothers

We voted to approve the recommendation of Z. Paul White for District Deputy Grand Master in 2013 for the 25th District

Six (6) petitions were read and laid over till next month

A statewide one day conferral will be held on August 27th 2011

We voted to confer degrees for three petitions

The Charter was draper and a moment of silence for our departed Brother

Worship Watkins Fisher was presented his 50 year pin

We voted on the method of repairs to the windows

We will have a Master Mason's degree on Wednesay, April 13th

We will have a Lodge Clean-up on Saturday April 16th 8 til noon

George Lodge will hold an outdoor Lodge on May 25th.  Dinner will be 6:45 with Lodge at 8 PM

Shrine Clinic will be held on April 30th from 10 am till 2 pm

Monroe Lodge will hold a VChip program on April 26th 10 am til 2 pm

Mento Lodge will hold its Harvey Johnson nigth.  If you have more that bibed overalls on, you are overdressed
